To further deepen team cohesion, foster cross-departmental exchange, and enable all employees to share in the CMAG's development achievements, CMAG organized three consecutive batches in December to travel to Huizhou, Anhui. We successfully conducted a three-day immersive team-building activity themed 'Exploring Huizhou Culture, Uniting Team Hearts'. This initiative aimed to balance work and leisure, enabling every colleague to fully participate, appreciate Huizhou's cultural landscapes, and forge stronger team bonds.
Meticulous Planning, Orderly Execution: Three Batches Relay, Full Coverage
The team-building activities were conducted in staggered batches to avoid peak periods. CMAG meticulously planned in advance, coordinating departmental schedules and travel arrangements to ensure both business continuity and the smooth execution of the event. From the first group's eager departure to the final cohort's return in high spirits, the initiative spanned nearly a month, achieving full members participation without exception. This fully demonstrated the breadth and meticulousness of CMAG's care for its employees.
Savoring the ancient charm of mountains and waters, immersed in cultural lessons
Though organized in separate batches, each group experienced equally splendid and fulfilling journeys.
On the first day, the emerald waves and gentle breezes of Xin'an River welcomed every visiting colleague. Boarding cruise vessels, they navigated through this landscape gallery, temporarily bidding farewell to urban clamour. Amidst picturesque scenery, hearts opened and conversations flowed freely. Come evening, the cobblestone paths of Tunxi Old Street bore the imprint of their leisurely strolls. Amidst the twinkling lanterns, the upturned eaves of Huizhou-style architecture, the bustling street life, and the colleagues' laughter intertwined to create a heartwarming tableau.
The following day, the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hongcun offered all employee groups a vivid lesson in traditional Chinese culture through its tranquil and profound South Lake Moon Pond and its simple yet elegant Ming and Qing dynasty dwellings. Wandering through its narrow lanes, visitors contemplated the architectural wisdom of 'harmony between heaven and humanity'. The subsequent excursion to Xiuli Film Village added a touch of whimsy, deepening appreciation for Huizhou's aesthetic sensibilities amidst familiar cinematic backdrops.
On our final day exploring Huizhou Ancient Town, the imposing grandeur of Xu Guo stone Archway and the solemn dignity of Huizhou Prefecture Office silently bore witness to the weight of Huizhou's history and the integrity and enterprising spirit of its merchants. Each group of colleagues paused here in contemplation, absorbing the cultural nourishment. At the farewell banquet, authentic Huizhou cuisine not only delighted our palates but also served as a splendid medium for the team to discuss our gains and share our moving experiences.

This team-building excursion proved not merely a physical journey, but a profound immersion in cultural values and team cohesion. Throughout the activities, colleagues from diverse departments seized the opportunity for in-depth communication.
