The summer solstice has arrived. From July 7th to July 8th, the company organized a team building activity with the theme of "Shaping Efficient Teams, Creating the Future of CMAG" to further enrich and activate the cultural life of the staff. The purpose of this trip was to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, as well as to create a united and harmonious, positive and enterprising atmosphere of entrepreneurship. In fact, the event was well attended by all employees except those with work schedules. Colleagues leave the busy work together, away from the hustle and bustle of the world, walking in the nature of the light and sweat to their heart's content.
The event started with laughter and relaxation, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way and improving the understanding of each other in the interaction. Employees were energetic and enthusiastic, picking up the steps along the winding ancient streets and experiencing the fishing and farming folk culture of the ancient city in Shipu Ancient City Scenic Spot.
With anticipation, we teamed up in groups of a dozen people and rode the waves on the "Zhexiang Fishery Rest" fishing boat. As the boat slowly pulled away from the shore and into the vast ocean, we were struck by the magnificence of the sea. Witnessing the scene of soaring seagulls, feeling the rising and falling of the waves and the whistling sound of the sea breeze, riding the wind and waves all the way, the relaxed and active atmosphere allowed work pressure released to the fullest, showing the company's employees healthy and civilized, positive and enterprising mental outlook. When encountering seasickness and nausea, everyone encouraged each other, reflecting the enterprise spirit of solidarity and mutual help. And when we managed to catch a bunch of seafood, that sense of accomplishment and joy came over us, experiencing the exhilaration of the harvest.
The next day early in the morning we came to Xiangshan Film and TV City, visit the Wuxia World (Guiyun Village, Heartless Valley), fantasy world (Grave of the Living Dead, Journey to the West Paradise, Lujia manor), the Jianghu Town (Xiangyang City), and many classic dramas. Everyone exchanged the harvest of the activities in the interaction, and released themselves in the flow of people.
On summer afternoons, the sea shimmers, and listening to the sound of the sea in the ebb and flow of the tide was a dream come true for many people. Once you come to this fishing village, you will feel its extraordinary and full enjoyment.
