CMAG was established in 2013 with a registered capital of 83,088,000 RMB. The company is located in the National High tech Industrial Development Zone, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing City Zhejiang Province, China, covering an area of approximately 11 acre with standardized factory buildings of about 40000 square meters. The company is primarily dedicated to the research, development, and large-scale production of core materials, honeycomb sandwich panels, fully composite structural components and other high-performance composite materials. The company's products have been widely used in fields such as aviation, railway transportation, yachts and sports equipment.
CMAG has four workshops: aramid paper honeycomb workshop, composite workshop, CNC workshop, Final products workshop, which has all total of more than 100 employees and more than 20 R&D personnel. The company has passed ISO9001 and AS9100 quality management system certification, the products have passed the test of CNAS, CMA certified third-party testing organizations.
Production Equipment
The main production equipment of CMAG includes glue coating machine, hot press machine, bidirectional traction stretching machine, self-developed impregnation equipment, high-precision honeycomb slicer, testing equipment and trimming machine, 3D printer, five-axis CNC machining. etc.
Industry-University-Research Collaboration
Material R&D: CMAG prioritizes material research and development, establishing a Municipal-Level Enterprise Technology Center and a Zhejiang Provincial High-Tech Enterprise R&D Center. It has formed comprehensive cooperative relationships with research institutions including the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering (NIMTE) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials (BIA), Aviation Industry Corporation of China Special Materials Research Institute, Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences Petrochemical Research Institute, Shanxi Taigang Iron & Steel, and Zhejiang Qinghua Junrong Institute.
Product R&D: CMAG has expanded into product R&D, assembling a team of designers with extensive aviation product development experience. The company has established collaborations with the National University of Defense Technology, Shaanxi Aerospace Research Institute, Beijing Institute of Technology Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, Zhejiang Magnetic Materials R&D Center, and Qinghua University Yangtze River Delta Research Institute's Flexible Electronics Institute. The team possesses comprehensive capabilities in aircraft functional mechanism design, structural design, interior and equipment design, strength analysis, and simulation.
