What is 3D Manufacturing?
3D manufacturing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a production process that builds 3D objects by adding materials layer by layer.3D manufacturing is done first by creating a digital model and then using 3D printers to deposit materials (e.g., plastics, metals, resins, etc.) layer by layer to eventually form the actual object. We also cover 3D braiding, which employs 3D structures to create complex fabrics or composites. This technique allows for the creation of multiple layers in space at the same time, allowing for more complex designs and functionality.
